When are we open?

Our hours have been abbreviated to give staff ample time to clean and sanitize the store.

Des Moines: Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday-Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Urbandale: Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

How can I order my items?

While you can still call or email us at info@campbellsnutrition.com to place your order, you can now submit your curbside order through our online form! This is especially helpful for larger orders to ensure you get exactly what you want. Regardless of what method you use, please have a time frame in mind for when you plan to pick up your items. We do request a minimum of one hour after the order is placed.

Click here to access our curbside pickup ordering form. If you have a preference on brands, specific products, sizes or quantity, scents or flavors, please indicate that in your order. After submitting your form, a Campbell’s employee will call the phone number provided and confirm your order and pickup time, as well as collect payment information. If an item does not appear in your carry-out order, please know that it is currently out of stock.

Ordering over the phone

Due to call volume, we are unable to check on the price or availability of each item over the phone. If you have a preference on brands, specific products, sizes or quantity, scents or flavors, please have that information ready. We will take your credit card information over the phone. Please keep in mind that we cannot add to orders once they are placed. If an item does not appear in your carry-out order, please know that it is currently out of stock.

Ordering through email

Please include your name, phone number, and pickup location. If you have a preference on brands, specific products, sizes or quantity, scents or flavors, please include that information in your email. We will call to confirm the order was placed, determine a pickup time, and to get your credit card information.

What are the next steps once my order is placed?

When you arrive at your Campbell’s location at your chosen time, please call us! We will run your products out to you. Please have your trunk open before we arrive to your vehicle.

Can I still shop in the store if I feel healthy?

Yes, our stores are still open to the public. For the sake of our staff and for other shoppers, please avoid coming in if you feel any symptoms or have been near someone who has felt symptoms.

Do you accept returns?

For the safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept any returns at this time. When ordering, please double-check that you are requesting the correct items!
