Spicy Tofu Poke

Spicy Tofu Poke

  • 48 oz Organic Tofu
  • 1/3 cup Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup Garlic (minced)
  • 1/8 cup Red Chili Flakes (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup Shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 1/8 cup Sesame Oil (toasted)
  1. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and drain

  2. Source as many organic ingredients as possible

  3. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  4. Enjoy!
