Spicy Tofu Poke
- 48 oz Organic Tofu
- 1/3 cup Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Ginger (freshly grated)
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds (toasted)
- 1/4 cup Garlic (minced)
- 1/8 cup Red Chili Flakes (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1/8 cup Sesame Oil (toasted)

Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and drain

Source as many organic ingredients as possible

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least an hour.
